Hotel Christopher, Saint Barth
Pointe Milou, St Barthelemy, French West Indies
Enjoy the tropical sunset melting into the horizon, your feet in the water, a cocktail in your hand. If you are looking for somewhere intimate and sensual, the Christopher Hotel is the perfect choice. Here you will find the ideal location for enjoying life’s pleasures, relaxed, unhurried and surrounded by lush gardens with their delicate fragrances. Imagine relaxing on lounge chairs by a fresh water infinity pool, with the sound of the nearby surf lulling you far from the cares of the everyday world. The Hotel Christopher offers you a place to get away & relax in the heart of his lush garden with delicates fragrances, near the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Intimate, elegant, the Hotel Christopher makes the difference with its luxurious spot, prestigious spa and personalized service, for idyllic holidays.
A little more seascape, a little less scene — the Christopher might be a touch more down-to-earth than some of St. Barth’s poshest places, but it’s still pretty darn posh. What sets it apart from the competition — aside from its hillside location in Pointe Miliou, which literally sets it apart from the island’s busier locales — is a certain unpretentiousness, a welcoming atmosphere and a humble approach that, like good posture or a warm personality, makes an already stunning hotel look just that much better.
Facilities & Activities:
The beaches aren’t far away, but for most of us the infinity pool with its poolside loungers (and drink service) will be quite enough. Between this, a pair of bars, the brand-new SISLEY Spa and the hotel’s two restaurants (one for lunch, one for breakfast and dinner) the Christopher feels remarkably self-contained. But your exile here is wholly voluntary — surfing, windsurfing, deep-sea fishing and all manner of boating and sailing excursions are all well within the realm of possibility.
Rooms & Suites:
Rooms and suites are bright, crisp and contemporary, many with private patios, others with open-air living areas that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space. And if simplicity isn’t your thing, the Christopher can do lavish as well — check out the suites, which remain tightly composed even as they begin to spread out: the Aloes suite feels like a St. Barths dream home, and the Panoramic feels positively presidential.
Perfectly located, the Taïno restaurant provides a beautiful sleek design and one of the best views on St Barth. Fine cuisine, inspired by numerous travels of the Chef Jean Baptiste Piard, lets you discover subtle flavors of gourmet food executed with an amazing “savoir-faire”.

Our oppinion: We loved the resort. It is small with a great pool. The sunset views were unbelievable and the pool area very comfortable. Lunch at Mango and dinner at Taino are delicious. Hotel staff from arrival to departure were wonderful.
