North Island’s 11 handcrafted villas, spread out along the main beach of the Ile Du Nord eco-reserve in the Seychelles. Each villa have a basic property of minimum 450 sqm in size and was constructed by local craftsmen, who used wood, natural stone, glass, and reeds as the principal building materials. This extensive use of natural materials has ensured a relaxing atmosphere and a refreshing island breeze for each villa. Villas 1-10 are situated in a discrete row of trees overlooking the island’s beautiful beach. The ultra-exclusive Villa 11 is located in a small takamaka tree forest on a slight elevation above the beach.
